ESPIRA Engineering team worked on this mixed use building. ESPIRA provided geotechnical assessment,  materials testing and concrete testing for the project.  ESPIRA also provided soil bearing and environmental phase 1 assessment for this site. This is a great achievement for us to be able to work with a great team of professionals.  

This development is located southwest of the intersection of Rue Villemagne Roadand Rue Vandelor Road in the Ville Giroux neighborhood of St. Albert, Alberta. The development is consisted of a two (2), four storey buildings with one level of underground parking each. 

ESPIRA provided geotechnical assessment, materials testing and concrete testing for the project. ESPIRA also provided soil bearing, proof roll testing, soil assessment during underground utility installations and asphalt testing. Also:- Pavement design confirmation- Soil bearing certificate- Schedule A, B and C - Laboratory testing of concrete, soil and asphalt- Asphalt field and laboratory testing
